Who we are
ReplyRapido is operated by Abu Talib, India ("we", "us"). Contact: abu@replyrapido.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, work email, business name, business type, country and your message.
- Live demo: the messages you type into the demo chat, stored with a random session ID. Please don't enter personal health or financial details.
- Email: anything you send us by email.
- Business outreach: we may contact businesses using publicly listed business contact details, where we have a legitimate interest in offering a relevant service. You can object at any time.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To reply to your request and arrange calls (steps prior to a contract, or your consent).
- To improve the demo and our service (legitimate interest).
- To send relevant business communications, with a clear way to opt out (legitimate interest).
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to run the website and our service, including Netlify (website hosting and forms), n8n (automation), Google Workspace (email), Pipedrive (customer records) and Anthropic (AI replies in the demo). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and demo conversations are kept for up to 12 months unless we start working together. Outreach records are deleted when you ask us to stop contacting you, except for a minimal suppression record so we don't contact you again.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a similar jurisdiction, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a copy. Email abu@replyrapido.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for example the AEPD in Spain or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland).
Clients' customer data
When a business uses ReplyRapido, we process their customers' messages on their behalf as a data processor under a written data processing agreement. That business's own privacy policy applies to those customers.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
This policy will be updated as the business grows.
